Minimum length of stay: 5 nights
Bed linen and towels: Included. Will be changed every 3 to 4 days
Laundry service: € 15,00 per laundry washing, drying and ironing
Pets: Not allowed
Check-in: on day of arrival from 15:00
Check-out: on day of departure until 11:30
Deposit:
25 % of the total reservation amount (minimum 1 night). Payment within 1 week upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
– up to 8 weeks before arrival – reservation deposit is refundable (minus bank fees)
– between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival – cancellation fee 100 % of the reservation deposit
– between 4 and 1 week before arrival – cancellation fee 50 % of the total reservation amount
– less than 1 week before arrival – cancellation fee 100 % of the total reservation amount
Breakfast is available upon request and can be served in your room or on your terrace. Please note that breakfast service is not available during July and August. In these months, we recommend the excellent breakfast at Kafenion Grigorakis, located just a pleasant 300-meter walk from the guesthouse.

Our comprehensive breakfast includes:
