Service and conditions
Guesthouse:
– Minimum length of stay: 5 nights
– Bed linen and towels: Included. Will be changed every 3 to 4 days
– Laundry service: € 15,00 per laundry washing, drying and ironing
– Pets: Not allowed
Chousti Diakofti:
– Adults only
– Minimum length of stay: 7 nights

Check-in
Check-in: on day of arrival from 15:00
Check-out: on day of departure until 11:30
Deposit
25 % of the total reservation amount (minimum 1 night). Payment within 1 week upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
– up to 8 weeks before arrival – reservation deposit is refundable (minus bank fees)
– between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival – cancellation fee 100 % of the reservation deposit
– between 4 and 1 week before arrival – cancellation fee 50 % of the total reservation amount
– less than 1 week before arrival – cancellation fee 100 % of the total reservation amount
Breakfast
Guesthouse: Breakfast is on request. Price full breakfast* € 17,50 per person. It is served in your room.
* Including coffee/tea, bread, butter, marmalade and honey, cheese, fresh orange juice, egg dish, yoghurt with fresh fruit, savory and sweet pita.
