It can accommodate up to 4 persons. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and in the living room a traditional wooden platform serves as a lounge area but can also offer sleeping accommodation for 2 persons.
From the spacious and partly covered terrace you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean sea

DEPOSIT:
25 % of the total reservation amount (minimum 1 night). Payment within 1 week upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– up to 8 weeks before arrival – reservation deposit is refundable (minus bank fees)
– between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival – cancellation fee 100 % of the reservation deposit
– between 4 and 1 week before arrival – cancellation fee 50 % of the total reservation amount
– less than 1 week before arrival – cancellation fee 100 % of the total reservation amount
Breakfast is on request and is offered in collaboration with Grigorakis Kafenion. Price full breakfast* € 15,00 per person. Breakfast is served in the Kafenion (about 300 meters walking from the guesthouse) or is delivered to your room.
* Including coffee/tea, bread, butter, marmalade, fresh orange juice, omelet or fried eggs, yoghurt with local honey and walnuts, toast with ham, cheese, tomato and bacon, and a sweet pita.
1. Arrival-Departure
In order for our rooms to be thoroughly disinfected and get sufficient natural ventilation we introduced a 1 night vacancy period between bookings. If, in exceptional cases, the room cannot be kept free for the night, we keep at least a period of 4 hours between check-out and check-in.
Payment through internet banking is recommended for all transactions.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed on the parking and led immediately to their room for check-in.
2. Room cleaning
Your room has been thoroughly cleaned and further disinfected by steam cleaner prior to your arrival, while special attention is given to the cleaning of frequent contact spots (like door knobs, switches, handles, etc.).
Hand antiseptic is available in the rooms for the guests to use. Ornamental cushions etc. are changed and cleaned in between each booking. All informative publications will be at your disposal in digital form (forwarding via e-mail, Viber, Whatsapp etc.).
During your stay the room will be cleaned on a daily base. In consultation we can arrange a different cleaning schedule.
3. Communal Areas
The reception is closed for the guests. But we can be reached 24/7 by phone, Whatsapp, Viber and email.
4. Breakfast
Breakfast is offered in cooperation with Grigorakis Kafenion. It is served in the Kafenion (about 300 meters walking from the guesthouse) or it is delivered to your room/private terrace.
5. General
In case you feel suddenly indisposed or if you have symptoms related to Covid-19, please remain in your room and contact us immediately.
The usage of masks from our personnel follows the guidelines of the responsible bodies.
Access to the guesthouse is limited as much as possible for non-residents.
We ask all guests to keep safety distances during their stay and if necessary use their mask.
Guests data are archived for reasons of protection of public health.
